TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 5 Starr Trailers. (hereinafter referred to as "5 Starr") extends a "Limited Warranty" on each new 5 Starr Trailer (hereinafter referred to as the trailer). 5 Starr's proper address concerning warranty matters is as follows: 5 Starr Trailers, Warranty Clerk, 265 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.5 Starr's warranties are limited to the original retail purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the purchaser) only and they are not transferable to any subsequent owners of the trailer. 5 Starr warrants only the product it manufactures and does not warrant any other products that are compatible for use with the trailer, nor for any adverse effects such other products may have on the trailer. Winches, lights, couplers, brakes, tongue jacks, springs, hubs, bearings, and tires or wheels are NOT warrantied by 5 Starr because they are covered by their respective manufacturers. Structural problems caused by corrosion on "mill galvanized" products used in salt water and cosmetic corrosion are not warranted. During the warranty period 5 Starr will replace or repair at its option, free of charge including reasonable related labor charges any warrantied part that is found to be defective because of defects in workmanship or material, when the repair work is done by an Authorized 5 Starr Dealer, within a reasonable time after the trailer is delivered to such Authorized 5 Starr Dealer. It is the responsibilty of the purchaser to complete the registration form at the time of purchase and return it to5 Starr. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to read, understand, and follow the instructions in the "Owner's Information packet," supplied with the trailer and to obtain a packet from the dealer or 5 Starr if none was supplied. In addition, the purchaser must return the trailer to an authorized 5 Starr dealer for any warranty work. No transportation charge or other related expenses (such as loss of time, towing charges, travel expenses, and the like) will be paid by 5 Starr. 5 Starr's Warranty is for a period of two (2) years from the date of sale to the purchaser. The following voids this warranty: (a) Repairs by an unauthorized dealer; (b) Overloading beyond stated capacities; (c) Any trailer that has been subjected to negligent operation, alterations and/or accidents. (d) Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. This warranty complies with the "Magnusson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Acts" limited warranty provisions and any provisions of the warranty or actions taken by 5 Starr, pursuant to this warranty shall be construed accordingly.
